They have been struggling with big boxes and delays due to courier logistics, space on van. Drivers who cannot lift  boxes!… We have now our own dedicated uniformed driver for Cloud Enterprises Ltd and our own dedicated van.

All we need is your post code and we can then calculate the supplement for you. This service will be offered to all doll customers.

This is a confidential and convenient dedicated van and driver service.

We are now giving you the option of same day delivery off network, which means your consignment is from our warehouse to your door with a dedicated van and driver and you are given a two hour delivery window.

Our driver will contact you up to 24 hours prior to your delivery by phone or text message to arrange a convenient time (within a 2 hour slot) 7 days a week. Yes, even Saturday and Sunday too!

The driver is very professional and discreet. Very friendly and extremely helpful taking your delivery right to the door.

Please note that this is a doorstep delivery and the driver will only be able to deliver to you over the threshold. The driver is unable to help you move your order around your home as we are not insured to move within your property.
