In light of the Government’s announcement last night, we are working to find a solution that will mean we will still be able to deliver your order during the UK lockdown.
We are still receiving goods into our warehouses from all manufacturers in a timeous manner. We are able to send small items with our usual array of carriers who are providing a relatively normal service.
We are unable to have our quality care warehouse staff in work from today for at least the next 21 days, so quality checks on doll orders cannot be performed at this time.
We are still able to send dolls out to customers and will be doing so as far as possible.
You will please have to bear with us during this time. We are all in the same boat of trying to do our best at this unimaginable point in our lifetimes.
If you do want to have your doll quality checked by a member of staff as per our usual protocol this can only be done once the lockdown has curtailed. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do want this applied to your order.
