Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the contract you have with us.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom of Great Britain. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Definitions:

“We”, “our”, “us” refers to Cloud Climax and/or Cloud Enterprises Limited. “You”, “Your” refers to the customer or website user. “Product(s)” refers to any item sold via our website. “Bespoke” or “Made-to-order” products refer to items manufactured to customer specifications, including but not limited to dolls and robots.

Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. If they are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

Electronic Communication

By using our services, you agree that all communication with us may be conducted electronically (via email or web portal), and that such communication shall be legally binding and deemed to satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

Site Use

By accessing/using our site or placing an order you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over (or the age of consent in your particular country) and therefore able to access adult content. You are also confirming that you have the legal right, authority, and capacity to agree to all of the Terms & Conditions that are applied in you doing so and that you are in fact agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. You should otherwise leave this website immediately.

Users may be required to provide valid proof of age to access certain parts of the website. Failure to provide such proof may result in the restriction of access to certain services or products.

Orders

An order is deemed to be placed when payment has been made via PayPal or securely via the website. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after payment has been made. Please check your spam folders and be sure to contact us if you do not have your order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of a genuine pricing error, stock unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control such as delays by our manufacturers. If so, a full refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to provide an alternative product that is to the same value or more if the item you ordered is out of stock. We will provide the most similar product that we can. You accept an alternative product may be provided to you upon placing your order and agreeing terms and conditions at the checkout.

If you order and then request a cancellation we reserve the right to charge any fees that have been incurred to us such as banking charges and/or a restocking fee. We may also charge a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payments are to be made via PayPal or by Card Payment which is also facilitated by PayPal. Your Account will show a debit from “Cloud Enterprises” or “PayPal Cloud Enterprises” to ensure your discretion. All payments are secure and your inputted data is protected with SSL.

Purchases made with Finance

If you make your Cloud Climax purchase with a finance payment option then we do not always offer next day delivery. Your order is deemed placed once your finance application has been accepted by the lender and they have paid monies to Cloud Enterprises direct or you have paid monies to Cloud Enterprises by placing your order in the regular manner. The process of a lender paying monies directly to Cloud Enterprises can take up to 48 hours dependent upon whether the Lender need any extra information from you. All orders will be despatched by Cloud Climax once this process has taken place and you will be notified of your tracking number accordingly.

If an agreement is cancelled prior to order being submitted to the factory, there is a cancellation fee of £150, which is a credit agreement charge that we are exposed to as a business. If the order has been submitted to factory and order is in production then you are committed to your agreement as all doll orders are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions herein.

Payment By Split Deposit and Balance

We are now able to take payment by 50% deposit followed by 50% balance. No order will be released until the order value including shipping fee is paid in full. Any deposit paid is not refundable in any circumstances, unless we are at fault in failing to deliver your order. Delivery dates will be advised upon payment of your full balance. Deposits will be retained in any cancellation circumstance.

This facility allows you to process your order, paying only 50% of the order value and then making a further payment of 50% before your order is despatched.

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Cloud Climax until full payment has been received and cleared. Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch, but title (ownership) does not pass until the invoice has been settled in full.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Cloud Climax takes payment fraud, chargeback abuse, and unauthorised reversals seriously. By placing an order, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in writing to attempt a good faith resolution. You must allow us reasonable time (up to 14 days) to investigate and respond to your concerns before involving your card issuer or payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without following this process may be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to dispute any such chargeback, provide all relevant evidence to the payment provider, and pursue recovery of funds, including but not limited to legal costs, third-party recovery fees, and administrative expenses incurred in the process.

Any order found to be fraudulent, or subject to a chargeback filed without legitimate basis, will result in your account being restricted or terminated, and your details may be reported to fraud prevention databases and relevant authorities.

All transactions are logged, time-stamped, IP-tracked, and recorded for the protection of both parties. We retain the right to use this information to defend against payment disputes and take appropriate legal action where necessary.

Delivery

For most in stock products we provide a standard 1-3 day delivery. You will be notified via email if there are any unforeseeable order delays.

Furniture, Dolls and items that are made to order will take longer to arrive. e.g. furniture 14-21 days, dolls 4-26 weeks dependant upon manufacturer, some manufacturers take longer.

Some Items are Free Delivery! You may receive these the next working day if ordered before 1pm but please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. There may be a different timescale for some larger high ticket value products on their product page and you should take note of these.

Free Delivery only applies to the UK and is only offered on certain products. If you have a query about shipping please contact us before you place your order.

Please note that orders to Countries outside of the UK may be subject to Import Duties, Taxes and Fees of that Country and you as the customer would be liable for any charges.

If your order is urgent please contact us and we will do all we can to expedite it for you.

Deliveries are usually arranged with Royal Mail or UPS, but we will in some instances use an alternate courier for larger and more expensive items to ensure they reach you quickly and safely. Sometimes orders of more than one item will be shipped separately, usually if it contains both lingerie and sex toys. We will inform you if this is the case and provide tracking details.

If you are purchasing a product that is not in stock or that is being bespoke made to order we will contact you in order to let you know when to expect delivery of your item separately to your order confirmation. Bespoke orders may take more than twelve weeks to be available at busy times, but we will notify you of this in a timeous manner.

We will always provide a tracking number in order that you can track your shipment.

Bespoke made to order products such as dolls, robots or furniture will not be shipped until we hear from you.

If your delivery does not arrive or is delayed because you are not in to receive it we can not be held responsible and the courier should be contacted in order to rearrange. Once the parcel is with the courier you should contact them directly with any delivery queries. Once the package has been transferred to the courier the risk of loss and title is transferred to you the buyer of the merchandise.

We have a comprehensive full marine insurance policy to cover all of our shipments over land, sea or air, in addition to any covers provided by the specific carrier used in transportation. Any damage occurred in transit needs to be reported to us in writing via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery being made to you. We will submit any claims to the insurance company and/or the courier within 14 days. We will not be able to provide any resolution until any claims process has been concluded, and our resolutions will be on a case by case basis in accordance with the outcome of the claim against the carrier and/or marine cargo insurance policy (claims processing timeline is 30-45 days in most cases). All doll customers will have the option to inspect upon delivery. This is provided when you choose Dedicated Van and Driver Delivery. All customers have the option to upgrade to this before delivery at any time during the order process.

We ship within the UK and to most countries within the EU and World.

International Delivery

If your country is not listed at checkout please ask for a shipping quote.

Customs and Importing to other Countries

Customs and Import duties may be applied to International Orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from Country to Country. For more information you should contact your local Customs office.

Cloud Climax pre-pay taxes on behalf of all orders of customers who reside within the UK, EU and USA.

You agree to indemnify us in full for any liabilities we incur and/or any charges that we are required to pay with respect to international orders; this includes but is not limited to any interest, surcharges, fines or legal costs that the relevant authority requires us to pay.

Local Shipping Laws and Customs Laws

Shipping laws are different in each Country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office that the Country you wish to ship to permits the shipment of the products in your order. Cloud Climax is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

If your goods are seized by Customs, Cloud Climax and Cloud Enterprises take no responsibility for this.

Love Dolls

We are the official approved DS Doll and EX Doll reseller for the UK and Europe. We are the Official UK Reseller for SM Doll, AI-AITech Emma Robot, Gynoid Synthetics and Irontech Dolls. We also sell JY Dolls, WM Dolls, Sino Doll, YL Doll, OR Doll, XY Doll (formerly ML Doll), Pipedream Extreme Fantasy Girls and Cyberskin Dolls too.

Please note that we do not attempt to sell nor import any sex doll, love doll or silicone doll that would be deemed to be classed as ‘young’, ‘childlike’ or ‘teenage’. All of our Sex Dolls depict adult males or adult females. The Customs Consolidation Act 1876 Section 42 provides for the seizure of any goods imported into the UK that are deemed to be indecent or obscene. The dolls we sell do not fall into this bracket. We always follow all guidance from Border Force and UK & EU Customs and all relevant Laws in these areas.

Cloud Enterprises and Cloud Climax only resell Sex Doll products by any manufacturer that are depicting adults and are deemed adult mannequins. Any Doll products from any of these Manufacturers, that is not listed upon our websites are manufactured for other Markets Only and not available for export to the EU or UK. At Cloud Enterprises, we only import dolls that are 150cm and above. We sell Adult Human Replica’s that are deemed to be depicting adults of age 18 and above.

We are well known as a trusted and ethical vendor.

All doll measurements and weights published are approximate. Please allow for individuality and sizing fluctuations from using different doll moulds and materials.

Doll Orders

Doll orders will usually take 4-26 weeks to facilitate dependent upon manufacturer. We will let you know an estimated delivery time-frame once you have placed your order via email. You can see the latest doll manufacturing timescales in our NEWS section which is frequently updated. Sometimes delays occur due to manufacturers delays, festivals, holidays, shipping delays etc and Cloud Enterprises Limited will not be held responsible for delays with your order. We will keep you updated with any delays that do occur during the order process or that may impact your production or delivery timeframe via email or in the News Section. Some manufacturers take longer than others and those timescales will be outlined on the product page. We will not allow any cancellations due to timescale delays and our full cancellation policy will still apply.

All of our shipments are fully insured whilst in transit in case of damage but please note that any products seized by customs are not refundable as this is out of our control. Please be aware that this is highly unlikely.

We have a section on our website of UK Stocked dolls, which are ready for next day despatch.

Bespoke made to order products such as dolls, robots or furniture will not be shipped until we hear from you and have confirmation that your order is correct and you have seen and approved the factory and warehouse photos.

We can hold products until a suitable delivery date is agreed upon by prior arrangement. If we do not hear from you after 30 days, we will charge a storage fee of £40 per day. If we do not hear from you after 6 months your order will be deemed cancelled and product retained. There will be a 100% retention of payment to cover storage fees incurred.

Discreet Service

We guarantee that all of our customers will receive a very discreet service.

We use plain packaging in all deliveries and a discreet return address on the package if for any reason it cannot be delivered and needs to be returned directly to us.

Our Registered Address is Cloud Enterprises Limited, 3rd Floor Office, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH and this is what will show on your parcel.

The postman or courier will have no idea what is in the box!

Returns/Refunds

All orders for dolls are non-refundable because they are paid in full to the manufacturers, who maintain a strict zero refund policy.

ALL Refunds approved for any product will only be issued in the form of a store credit voucher, and this is subject to company discretion. The issuance of store credit is contingent upon our ability to resell the order. Each request for a refund will be reviewed on an individual basis. All orders and refund requests are subject to our company’s policies and procedures. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.  This policy does not apply to any credit agreement orders. If you have entered into a 12-month credit agreement payment plan with PayItMonthly, refunds are not offered as this is a binding contract.

Doll Returns

All sales are final. We have a firm no doll returns policy due to the nature of the product. No refunds are given on completed products. Due to the nature of the products, no returns will be accepted and consumers agree that they will not have the right to cancel the contract. After production has begun no cancellations are permitted.

Once you have placed your order, You are entering into a contract of sale. You will have ticked the accept terms and conditions box to proceed to checkout and confirmed that you accept and agree to the terms and conditions. We will not refund any customer who changes their mind about their order at any stage of the order process. We have contractual obligations to the manufacturers which do not allow for any cancellations during the order to production process. We will not be financially impacted and so therefore doll orders are non-refundable. All manufacturers have a strict no refund policy.

Under Section 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the cancellation rights conferred by the aforementioned regulations do not apply where:

“In the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to a health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery”

Additionally, under section 28(1)(b) of the aforesaid regulations, the regulations do not apply where: “goods that are made to the consumer’s specification or are clearly personalised’ from the right to cancel”.

Manufacturing Faults

In the event that a customer reports a suspected manufacturing fault or defect, Cloud Climax will liaise with the original manufacturer to assess and determine the appropriate course of action. Each reported issue will be investigated and addressed on a case-by-case basis in conjunction with the manufacturer’s findings and policies.

Possible remedies may include a repair or replacement of the affected part or product, depending on the nature of the fault and the manufacturer’s decision. Due to the bespoke and intimate nature of many of our products, refunds will not be offered for manufacturing faults.

Customers must report any suspected manufacturing faults via email to [email protected]. We will require supporting photographs and written details, which will be forwarded to the manufacturer for further inspection.

Customer Modifications and Repairs

Customers must not attempt to cut, open, disassemble, alter, or otherwise modify any product themselves in the event of a suspected fault. Any such action will void any remedy, support, or assistance otherwise available under these Terms, as it prevents proper inspection and resolution by Cloud Climax or the manufacturer. It will also nullify and void any warranty, guarantee, or implied rights that may have otherwise applied.

Warranty Disclaimer – Unauthorised Repairs

The warranty provided herein is strictly limited to defects in materials or workmanship as determined by the Manufacturer. Any repair, alteration, or modification of the product carried out by any person, entity, or service provider other than the Manufacturer or an expressly authorised agent or reseller, and not performed in strict accordance with the Manufacturer’s written recommendations or instructions, shall immediately void and nullify all warranty rights, obligations, or remedies that may otherwise have been available to the purchaser.

The Manufacturer and/or Company shall bear no responsibility or liability, whether express or implied, for any costs, damages, losses, or claims arising directly or indirectly from any such unauthorised repair, alteration, or modification.

Unless otherwise stated, products are not sold with any manufacturer’s warranty, and no warranty is offered or implied by Cloud Climax.

If a fault is reported within six months of delivery, Cloud Climax will treat it as a potential manufacturing defect and investigate accordingly. If a fault is reported after six months, you will be required to provide evidence that the fault was present at the time of delivery in order for it to be considered a manufacturing defect. In all instances, Cloud Climax reserves the right to offer a repair or replacement as the remedy, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Cloud Climax will not be held responsible for delays in resolution due to third-party manufacturing processes but will work diligently to obtain a fair and timely outcome for the customer.

Product Usage Disclaimer and Warranty Limitations

Due to the intimate nature and intended use of many of our products — including but not limited to dolls, robots, and other anatomically realistic or functional items — the following conditions apply:

  • These products are not covered for wear and tear caused by normal or intensive use over time.
  • Damage resulting from repeated physical contact, pressure, stress, or penetration is not considered a manufacturing fault, particularly where such wear arises after extended or prolonged use.
  • Material fatigue, surface marks, friction-related degradation, joint loosening, or stretching of openings may occur naturally through regular use. These occurrences are expected and do not constitute a fault or defect.

Unless otherwise stated, products do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. No warranty is implied or offered by Cloud Climax or Cloud Enterprises Limited beyond the provisions of UK consumer law.

If a claim is made more than six (6) months after delivery, you may be required to provide independent evidence that the issue in question was due to a fault that existed at the time of purchase.

If a claim is made after twelve (12) months, such proof is mandatory and will be subject to strict scrutiny. Claims based on long-term usage will generally not be accepted as valid manufacturing faults.

Cloud Climax reserves the right to reject any claim it reasonably believes to be due to normal use, misuse, wear and tear, or ageing of materials.

Third-Party Manufacturers

Cloud Climax acts as a retailer and not the manufacturer of most products offered. Accordingly, we are not responsible for defects or warranty failures that are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. We will support customers in liaising with manufacturers where applicable, but ultimate responsibility for product quality, functionality, and warranty claims rests with the original manufacturer.

Other Products Returns (Sex Toys, Sex Machines and Bondage Products)

Cloud Climax will accept unwanted items for return or exchange for up to 14 days.  These products must be unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate. All returned products need to be checked upon receipt into our warehouse.

Faulty Items of Sex Toys or Lingerie will be replaced or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase unless otherwise stated upon the product page.

In all instances of product returns you will need to contact us to be issued with a returns number. You can then send the item back to us at the supplied address. We will provide a returns slip via email for you to print and put into the parcel, that you must include, so your return is processed as efficiently and quickly as possible. Any returns without a number will not be processed.

Please ensure you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office upon despatch to us and keep this safe. We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without a certificate of posting. We recommend using a recorded service.

Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you.

All return costs are to be covered by you, Cloud Climax takes no responsibility for ANY RETURN CHARGES.

Liberator Bedroom Adventure gear will not be accepted for returns if the Shape has been expanded.

Lingerie, Clothing and Hosiery Returns Policy

Lingerie, Bodystockings and other consumables are exempt from your right to return unless they are faulty and deemed to be faulty upon receipt.

Returns Information

We accept no returns to our registered office address. Any returns made to our registered office address will not be processed. To return a product within the above guidelines you will be provided with our returns warehouse address by e-mail. This is the only address that accepts product returns.

Warranties

None of our products are provided with any warranty unless specified upon the product page. Some may have a manufacturers guarantee but this will be specified upon the product page if a warranty is available.

No warranty is given or issued by Cloud Climax or Cloud Enterprises.

Complaints, Conduct and Communications Policy

If you have a complaint or concern regarding a product or service, you agree to contact us in writing first, outlining the issue in full. We will respond within 14 days and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. During this period, you agree to keep the complaint confidential.

If the dispute is not resolved through mutual discussions, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a recognised mediation process. If mediation fails or is refused by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with UK arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

We are committed to respectful and professional interactions at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards our staff — whether via email, phone, live chat, social media, or in person — will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We will not accept any abuse, whether verbal or written, towards any member of staff, and we reserve the right to cease communication with any individual who communicates in this manner.

In accordance with Section 179 of the Online Safety Act 2023, it is a criminal offence to send communications intended to cause harm, distress, or anxiety without reasonable excuse. We reserve the right to report such behaviour to the relevant authorities and may take further legal action where necessary.
