What is the material of JY Dolls?
JY Dolls are made from TPE.

The external plug does affect the appearance of the doll, so this is something that you need to take into account prior to ordering a doll with the heating facility incorporated.
The voice function uses pressure sensitive vocalisation techniques. The vocal module senses pressure on the dolls body and then sounds feedback is made bringing a vocal interaction and a better user experience. The moans and groans are not currently customisable. The Body sensors are inside the TPE doll in the Chest, Lower body and thighs for touch sensing.
The battery Capacity is 2500mAh, the standby time is 20 days and the continuous use time is five hours. The battery needs to charge for 3-4 hours prior to first use.
The sound module is on the top of the dolls head and can also be used as a Bluetooth Stereo speaker.

Does the TPE that JY Doll use smell?
The TPE used in the manufacture of JY Dollsdoes not have any unpleasant odour or smell. In fact it smells pleasant and almost is a fruity smell. This will fade over time anyway.
Do JY Dolls leak Oil like some TPE Products?
Some inferior TPE dolls will leak oil and will smell very bad. JY Doll use exceptionally good quality materials that do not produce this affect. The TPE will have some oil leakage, but this will reduce after a month or so. It is manageable by the cleaning and regular powdering of the doll. The manufacturing processes involved mean that there will be some oil leakage but this will diminish and stop relatively quickly.
Will the make Up come off the doll head?
Under normal circumstances the doll make up will not come off, however, excessive rubbing and cleaning will fade the make-up so you need to be mindful of this. The eyelashes and fingernails can come off quite easily but can be glued back on. You can buy special eyelash glue for this purpose. An extra set of nails is enclosed with your JY Doll in order that they can be easily replaced.
Can I put make Up on the JY Doll?
You can put regular cosmetic make up on the doll, however you need to be careful of colour transfer. Cloud Climax recommends that you use powder make-up that is less likely to be absorbed by the TPE. Please contact us if you would like more information about what make-up to use.
You should remove make-up after use and not leave it on the doll for a long period of time in order that you can avoid staining.
Will my doll look different from the promotional photographs?
Yes, your doll will look different from the promotional photographs because she will be with you in the flesh. Each doll is individually hand finished so you need to know that this means every doll will be slightly different. We have many bespoke options for each doll so this means that each doll is an individual according to your specification.
Are the JY Doll Heads universal?

Should I choose a fixed vagina or a removable vagina?
The outside of the doll is relatively the same with both options. The fixed vagina has slightly more external detailing that is more aesthetically pleasing. A removable vagina is easier to maintain and clean after sex. It is made up of a TPE cylinder which is inserted inside the vagina and cannot be seen externally. The inside is textured for sexual enjoyment.
The fixed vagina should be cleaned with a douche after use.

How to move and position your JY Doll
The Doll should be kept in a neutral body position the majority of the time. We recommend hanging the doll with a doll stand or lying the doll on their back. Any other position such as sitting, kneeling or any other abnormal positioning should be limited to a few hours. Any extended period of time may cause pressure to the TPE or the skeleton which will cause damage.

Do not drag the doll or let the doll fall from a height.
You should aim to wash her as little as possible and clean her with a towel or cloth that does not give off fibres. You should powder the doll when necessary and after cleaning to keep the surface of the TPE smooth and skin-like.
Do not lift the doll solely by the waist or solely by the legs to avoid extensive damage. Treat the doll well and it will last.
JY Doll Maintenance
If the doll joint is bent for a long time wrinkles will appear on the surface. Tears may appear due to improper movement or prolonged stress on the skin surface. You must keep the doll within the movement range or the TPE can split.
Keeping the doll in one position may cause the doll to become flat. Once pressure on that part is relieved the TPE will come back to shape after some time. If you are storing your doll flat you should put it on top of a soft surface like sponge or a quilt.
The Dolls make-up that is applied at the factory are made of specialised paints that do not normally come off but will gradually fade. Do not wipe hard on the face, eyebrows or eyelashes as excessive force will cause fading or eyelashes to fall off. You can use normal cosmetics, lipsticks, blushers etc but with caution. Some cosmetics, especially of strong or deep colours can cause staining to the TPE. When removing make-up use light soap or makeup remover to wipe of gently.
Doll Clothing
You need to be careful when dressing the doll to not stain the TPE with clothes that dye transfer. You can be safe using light coloured or white underwear, stockings and clothes. Dark colours can be washed several times to prevent staining. All Cloud Climax Doll specific clothing will not cause TPE staining or dye transfer.
