All doll orders are shipped into our warehouse prior to despatch throughout the world. We have our own warehouse checks and quality control experts in the warehouse to ensure that every doll is up to our exceptionally high standards prior to leaving the warehouse.

We ensure that you receive a discreet delivery of an unmarked package on a suitable day. We offer delivery on every day of the week in the UK with our favourite logistics partners and on weekdays throughout the world.

Many of our dolls are Custom made-to-order and delivered to your door in 3-6 Weeks

• Our fraud prevention rules allow us to only ship to the verified billing address. The only exception is if you want the doll to be delivered to a UPS Access point for your pick-up. Please notify us in advance by email and include the UPS Access point details when you check out (UPS Access point is not available on all orders).
• Your chosen sex doll is a custom product that is created especially for you. Once in production, orders can not be cancelled for any reason.
• Customs may open your dolls box for inspection during transportation at any point and this will cause delays.
• Cloud Climax update your order with tracking numbers when your doll is despatched.
• Your sex doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep discreetly packaged in a blank box. A signature is required for delivery.

We have many dolls in stock for next day despatch.

These dolls will be despatched on a next day UK Service for most orders in the UK (certain postcodes are not available for a next day service). Europe is a 2-4 day service.

Taxes and Duty Fees

All taxes and duties are included in the price of all dolls being despatched to the UK or Europe. Any additional fees for other countries may be payable.

For countries that charge Import fees for goods from the UK,  these are the buyers responsibility. We can arrange for taxes to be prepaid and if you would like to take advantage of this service please contact us prior to making your purchase.
