From time to time we get a doll arrive to us from one of the factories that is not 100% perfect. Whilst the original customer gets a brand new doll, we can sell off these dolls at a lower premium with a defect for someone to love despite their imperfection. Most are very minor issues and will be detailed on the product page description, usually with images. These are all virgin dolls and are NOT Preowned. They have never left our facility.
An imperfection to someone can be a quirky little flaw to someone else.
