About Cloud Climax

Cloud Climax is a luxury online adult store, in the sex doll industry since 2013. We are known for sharing our extensive Knowledge and Expertise with our followers and customers and have been nominated for adult industry awards including the XBIZ Best Doll Manufacturer 2020.
We are excited to announce that we have moved into a new warehouse! This move comes with a lot of great changes for our company, including the opening of a showroom in 2023. In the meantime, we want to let all of our customers know about the changes and how they can expect the same great service from us in the future. 
 
What’s coming in 2023? 
2023 is going to be a big year for us! In addition to moving to a new warehouse and opening a showroom, we have some other exciting plans in the works. We can’t wait to continue growing and expanding our business! 
 
Why the Move? 
We decided to move to a new warehouse for a few reasons. First, we wanted to increase our inventory. By moving to a larger location, we are able to stock more products and offer a greater variety to our customers. Second, we wanted to improve our fulfillment process. Our old warehouse was small and cramped, which made it difficult to get orders out whilst keeping the despatch standard high. In our new warehouse, we have more space and a better layout, which will help us get orders out the door faster. 
 
What’s New? 
Our new warehouse is three times the size of our old one, which means that we will be able to stock more products and serve more customers than ever before. In addition, we have also made some changes to our organizational structure in order to be more efficient. For example, we have created a dedicated customer service team that will be available to answer any questions you may have about our products or services. 
 
What hasn’t changed? 
Even though we have made some changes, we want our customers to know that they can still expect the same great level of service from us. Our commitment to providing quality products at an affordable price remains unchanged, and we will continue to work hard to provide the best possible experience for our customers. 
 
 
We are excited about all of the changes that are happening at our company, and we can’t wait to show off our new showroom when it opens in 2023. In the meantime, we want our customers to know that they can still expect the same quality products and services from us.
