Google “sex dolls” and you’ll be faced with a myriad of results as it is a very popular search term, but a recent survey threw up some surprises about the geographic uses of the search term.
Who Googles “sex dolls” the most?
Lusty Australians Google “sex dolls” more than any other nationality. Norway was ranked second, followed by Finland and Denmark.
Other surprises were 7th-placed India – where it’s nearly impossible to import sex dolls for legal reasons – and Brunei (9th), where it’s equally problematic to obtain a love doll. Interestingly, Brunei is a top producer of both oil and rubber – key materials in the manufacture of these products!
The USA – one of the largest sex doll markets in the world – came 5th, while Canada was ranked 6th and Germany 8th.
In 10th position was Israel, where sex dolls are permitted through customs – although surrounding Middle Eastern states do very much restrict such items.
The report was compiled by Whichsexdoll.com, which analysed how often the term “sex doll” was Googled – in both English and the local translation of the term. Search data from Google Planner was used in the report, which divided the number of relevant monthly searches by the number of active Google users in each territory.
While the report covers a limited set of search terms, it does illustrate the growing interest in love dolls internationally – even in places where they are next-to-impossible to purchase.
Here at Cloud Climax we serve mostly UK, mainland European and US customers, where full-size adult sex dolls are of course completely legal to buy and own. We supply both TPE and silicone models of 150cm in height and upwards, and unlike some companies, we do not drop-ship our products from East Asian factories: all our dolls are stocked in our UK warehouse. We maintain strong relationships with the world’s major sex doll companies, most of which have manufacturing plants in China.
Below are listed the top 44 countries where sex dolls are searched for most, according to the survey.
And yes – we do deliver to Australia!
